Hi All,
Our Project is in a urban area in Hong Kong, we would like to propose a sky garden in the refuge floor which is in the middle of the building and completely covered by the floors above it.
Does in count toward this credit for the restoration purpose if native or adapted vegetation are planted?
Thanks in advanced for your response.

Hi Yoyo, the credit intent is to provide habitat for wildlife and promote biodiversity (through use of native plants). An interior garden wouldn't meet that intent.

Thanks Trista. Understand that interior garden wouldn't meet the intent as wildlife is inaccessible to those area, however, our proposed garden would be an outdoor spaces located in the middle of the building and completely covered by the floors above it. Birds or insect are actually accessible to those areas. Does it meet the intent? Thanks again.

Hi Yoyo, sounds cool! Since this is a pretty unique design I'd recommend sending drawings/plans to GBCI and ask for their opinion.
