Hello, we are in process of evaluating applying SITES for a new small gated community. We are not clear on wether we should include private lots, which houses and surrounding landscape within lots will not be built by project owner.
We are considering using a strategy for future parcel owners to do a Construction Guidelines, being the approach similar to LEED C&S SSC7- Tenant Design and construction guidelines.
Bottom line question is: we want to include all common spaces and roads, should we include future private lots? They are being considered regarding water runoff and such.
