Shower Use in Schools

The default fixture use for showers in schools is 0 per student. Have others kept this value or changed it when including a gym with shower room? We're working on elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools, all with showers. I'd imagine the shower useage per student would vary for these different school types but I don't have a good idea of what values would be realistic.

Anybody had any thoughts on this one since posted last year? Reference guide still says 0 for student shower use, but we're working on high schools with showers.

I would likely make a separate user group for part of the student population, and change the default for that group to be whatever you/the client would think to be reasonable. Anytime I have something that's an assumption, I be sure to provide a little explanation of why it's different and what the logic behind it is. The GBCI reviewers said this is the best way to prevent comments, is just to explain what you've done so they understand.
