Shower Access

I have a dental office project located in a residential condo tower. There is a health/fitness club in this tower that has showers located in them. All residents of the tower, including the FTEs of the dental office, have access to the showers in the health/fitness club. Do we still have to meet the .05% showers per occupant for the entire building's occupants even if though they all have showers in their own condos? Thanks,

Matthew,Since the dental office employees do not live in the tower you will have to supply proof that they have access to the health club showers. And, yes, you will need to document that there are 0.05% showers for your FTEs.

Does access mean that they can get membership or that they are able use the showers even if they aren't members?
