Shared Multi-Occupant Controls Tables IEQc6.1-2 and IEQc6

On Shared Multi-Occupant Controls Tables IEQc6.1-2 and IEQc6,what data is entered in Column: # of Spaces with Controls. The multi-occupant spaces of concern include a commercial kitchen, dining room, library and lounge. Small user groups within each room have separate lighting and thermal controls, as reflected on a furniture plan. What is the column entry 1 (equal to the number of rooms) or equal to the number of small, individually controlled spaces within the room?

Hi Jennifer, The Space or Group ID could just me an ID like 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C. Shared Multi-Occupant Space Type is usually a space name like "Conference Room". Then you provide a description of the control. In order to meet this part of the credit the percentage must be 100% so the only "right" answer is to ensure that all of these spaces have controls. I would focus on the large multi-occupant spaces but if there are smaller user group areas then those spaces too would need controls. If there are ever single desks or cubicles than those spaces would be Individual Workstations instead of Multi-occupant.
