Greetings,
When modeling Proposed model for LEED and there are shadings from adjacent buildings in it, should these shading be applied also to the Baseline model or they should be omitted like the other external devices such as overhangs, vertical fins, etc.

They are applied identically to both models. See Table G3.1-14(a).

Actually my question is for a project registered for LEED CS v2009 and following ASHRAE 2007.
Sorry of placing this question upon LEEDv4 section. While reading the discussions, I forgot to change rating system to which my question referred.

Under 2007 you are not required to model adjacent buildings. In some cases for the accuracy of the model it is a very good idea to model adjacent buildings. If you do so they must be modeled identically in both.
