I'm working on net zero LEED Gold Middle School and I was wondering if it would be possible to get the points for this credit (and maybe more for exemplary performance) by selling excess on site renewable energy back to the utility instead of purchasing rec's. The pv system is designed to generate enough electricity to more than off-set the electricity usage of the school.
