Hello,
I am not sure if this credit covers the equipment purchased for building management purposes only (i.e. under influence of building management) or if the must the tenants be involved as well (and to follow the policy).
My common sense tells me that the first option is achievable only but the credit language does not specify the scope.
Thanks for any answer.
Frantisek

Hi Frantisek, this credit covers all purchases made by both tenants and the building management.

Dear all,
I would like to ask about EPEAT rating. If Technical Specifications Sheet of a product states that the product is EPEAT Registered, does it mean this merchandise is compliant with LEED globally or only in countries listed on www.epeat.net? (There are very few countries listed)
Thank you

Hi Jiri, that's an interesting question. I checked the EPEAT website and found that 43 countries are listed (www.epeat.net/about-epeat/global-reach), so perhaps your country is on there. I've never heard of any location requirement being applied to EPEAT products. I think if the spec sheet indicates that a product is EPEAT you should be just fine, regardless of where your project is located.
