Hello- We're working on a building that is not owner occupied and the tenant has 48 additional pieces of equipment that are not a part of the base building that are currently only being monitored for alarms. Is this equipment part of the project scope in terms of commissioning? The owner has no control over these items. Thanks for your help

All of the components of the building's major energy-using systems have to be included in the commissioning process. This means that all HVAC equipment, including tenant equipment, will have to be included in the commissioning plan.
