We are working on a project and inside the building we have a kitchen and a break rooms. Looking at the definition in Leed Help in Leed User the spaces as kitchen and breakrooms are definied as no regular occupied spaces. Considering the fact that in the kitchen there are few people working 6 hours a day we would consider this space as regular occupied space. For the break rooms there are people that sometimes are sit eating, talking or reading spending some time of the day, how do you consider this in yours projects ?
