Dear All:-
it our industrial project we have energy cost saving of 37.8% can we take it as 38% to get more points because i need 15 points in energy to get correct ratings
if i need to consider the as 37.8 % means please advise how to boost up the saving to 38% (we have consider all the exceptional calculation and ECM)
can we adjust the process machine schedule to get saving

No you can't just round up.
Hard to say what you could do to improve your savings. We model schedules as accurately as we can and would not just modify them to increase savings. I think that is just playing games with the system.

I agree that you can't round up - but - I do find it odd that the 'Summary' tab on the MEPC does round up. On the performance outputs tab, it clearly says I am achieving an energy cost savings of 20.9% but on the Summary tab it lists my savings as 21.0%. (I'm working on a CS project and 21% is the 10 point threshold). I will claim 9 points with a 20% savings but I really wish the MEPC would not cause this confusion by rounding up. The MEPC is riddled with errors and this is just another one of them...
