I've always been curious how exactly the "Review Teams" are put together and function. Are there literally teams of people who always work together on projects, or do the teams changed: for example, there are individuals who are always tasked to work on certain credit categories, not certain projects? Do the teams work in the same physical location, or are they spread across the U.S. /World? Anyone out there has some insight to the inner workings of the Review process?

Yes, there are teams/ companies throughout the country that work in the same location or remotely on reviews. A review will not be broken up between companies/teams.Withing those teams/ companies there are reviewers who only work on specific credits and categories, separated into either generalist or specialists. Specialist work on the technical credits such as EAp2 and the generalist work on your non technical credits such SSc4.1.
