Hello everyone, I just started working on a LEED 2009 project. I need some advice. The project has already had its design preliminary review and It is now in the design final application. Our design preliminary review results are dated 05/27/2014–05/28/2014, do you think we will have issues submitting our clarifications this late after receiving the preliminary review results ? I know GBCI suggests to submit these clarifications within 25 business days after receiving the preliminary review results. Your advice is appreciated LEEDuser's.

Shouldn't be a problem unless it's an O&M project. Given that it's been 20 months it would probably be a good idea to call or email the USGBC to let them know the project is still active. Here a link to the USGBC page explaining the review deadline policy. The project is LEED-NC v2009. Thanks Charles, I will e mail USGBC to let them know that the project is still active.

Hello, I'm trying to get some more clarification on other aspects of the Design/Construction review process. Which credits are defined as design credits and which credits are defined as construction credits? Thanks,

Ali, There are a few place where the credits will be listed as either D or C. One is the LEED checklist that can be downloaded. Also, in LEED online, when you pan over the credit, a little window appears that says design or construction credit.

Thanks Todd! I panned over the credits and managed to see the ''design'' or ''construction'' on LEED online. I couldn't download the LEED NC2009 checklist on LEEDuser, the link is not working.
