NC-v4 SSc4:Rainwater management

Restrictions on water retention due to Tidal Wetlands

Hi,

We are working on this large-scale capital project and trying to design the rainwater management system for the site. There are regulatroy restrictions on biorentention of rain water due to adjacency of tidal wetlands. We are trying to understand what kind of ramifications this would have on the LEED criteria, particularly with regard to storage volume requirements. What is the best course of action in this case?

What kind of "regulatory restrictions?" I'm not sure I understand your question.
