Regarding a residential kitchen sink that has a faucet and a spray nozzle, would the spray nozzle be measured against the baseline flow rate of a kitchen faucet or a pre-rinse spray valve? I assume it would be compared to a kitchen faucet. Thanks.

Hi Erin,
You would be measured against a baseline kitchen faucet. The pre-rinse spray valve requirement applies to commercial kitchen equipment and the flow rate must be 1.6 gpm or less in order for this fixture to comply.
Hope this helps!
