Requirements for Existing Lights

Dear All,

we are evaluating the possibility of certifying a distribution center. In what relates to the credit:

1. the building will be located inside an industrial park with several years of operation (more than 10) and will include new exterior lighting;
2. the site where the building will be located already includes some exterior lighting systems (trucks parking areas, carparks, existing building façade);

The questions is: do existing lighting systems must also comply with lighting pollution requirements?
