I just received our Design Final Review back and we have three credits (WEc3, EAc1, and IEQc7.1) that we have been awarded that are also regional priority credits. However, we only received a RPC point for one of them (IEQc7.1) Why might be the case and is there anyone I can contact about this?

Are you sure you reached the RP thresholds for WEc3 and EAc1? There's a minimal performance required to earn the points depending on your location.
If you did reach those levels, I would raise the question to the USGBC.
