Our project is located in an ND Gold certified neighborhood. If we pursue the LEED for ND location credit in leiu of other L&T credits, how can we receive a Regional Priority point for Access to Quality Transit? Access to Quality Transit is one of the options for our location, but we can't pursue both that and LEED for ND Location. Do we just lose out on that point?

I would guess that if the project team can demonstrate the Access to Quality Transit credit is met, then the RP credit would absolutely be achieved. Maybe GBCI will be leniant and allow the team to distribute the 12 points associated with LEED ND cert as you choose throughout the LT credit category. I have had a similar situation with the 10 points associated with the Whole Project Water Use Reduction alternative compliance path. We distributed accordingly such that RP threshold of the Indoor Water Use Reduction credit is met. GBCI allowed us to choose how we distributed in this scenario. Good Luck!
