One of our data center projects has an electrical room. This electrical room didn't have regular occupants. In this case, do we need to provide fresh air for that space?
In Ashrae 62.1 (2007), the electrical room has been mentioned, but in Ashrae 62.1 (2010), there is no separate room as an electrical room. If we are designing as per ASHRAE 90.1 2010, is it necessary to give fresh air? If yes, what will be the fresh air rate need to provide

Electrical rooms are unoccupied and thus do not require ventilation.
HVAC system(s) might serve electrical rooms to maintain temps/humidity, but ventilation is not required.
