NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Regarding discrepancy in wall area for Baseline Model WWR<=40%

Hello,

We have modelled(proposed) a complex railway station having different wall areas on all the 4 sides of the structure. The simulated report provides the WWR of 47%.

We are having an issue of equally distributing the baseline fenestration area complying to WWR of 40% on all the 4 sides of the structure. The wall area on the smaller sides tend to be less than the divided fenestration area required for 40% WWR.

Can anyone suggest how to go forward with this kind of situation? Thanks in advance

Rather than equally distribute the windows I would distribute them proportionately so that each orientation has a 40% WWR.
