I am currently working on this credit and something in the guide (page 301) does not make much sense to me...
At the top of the page in Table 3 it has the calculation for the RAI as: LCGWP + LCODP * 100,000
The first example in the table is: 90.72+0*100,000 for a total of 90.7
Directly below it is: 156.6 + 352 * 100,000 = 508.6
Is the calculation (LCGWP + LCODP ) *100,000
or
LCGWP + (LCODP *100,000)
The examples seems just to be adding the LCGWP & LCODP together and ignores the * 100,000.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

The correct order of operation is to multiply LCODP by 100,000 and then add that to LCGWP. In the example you cite, the second column column calculates LCGWP and then the third column calculates LCODP * 100,000 rather than just LCODP. So then the fourth column is equal to the second column plus the third. It's written a little confusing but I think that it's working correctly.
