Dear all,
I just review the LEED Design Review. I need to provide additional documentation "that demonstrates the ability for drivers to shut down the truck engine while maintaining use of in-cab heating, air-conditioning, communications, and entertainment systems."
Can you give an advice what kind of documentation it actually can be? Planned sockets are CEE32.
Regards,
Szymon

Hi Szymon, what did you already provide in the prelim review? The reference guide states "Site plan showing electrical connector locations at loading dock doors" as required documentation and I'm not aware of any additional requirement beyond that plan highlighting the sockets at 50% or more of the doors.

Hi Emily, electrical plan showing the electrical connector locations with CEE32 description next to each of them has been provided.

That should be sufficient, so I'm not sure what else this reviewer is looking for. I'd recommend contacting GBCI and pointing out that your documentation matches what is requested in the reference guide, and asking for either a revised comment or more specific request.

Hi!
The credit was awarded. We provided only the plan and a narrative describing the solution i.e. sockets are of type CEE, 400V, 32A, 3P+N+NE. We specified that they will be able to maintain work of all the relevant types of the truck system.

Hi, What confuses me here is the following; are these connections provided to power the in cab facilities e.g. radio, heating, cooling, lighting etc or for the trailer facilitate e.g trailer refrigeration. Maybe someone had had experience with this on a project. Thanks.
