In the floor plan, is it required to document the recycling areas as paper, corrugated cardboard, glass, plastics and metals specifically or just designating as recycled areas in floor plan will be suffice for submission for this credit. Please let me know. Thanks!

It's in your best interest to be as specific as possible with your documentation. That being said, if you're using co-mingled recycling, then you wouldn't need separate collection areas anyway.
