On LEED v4.1, can you count the recycled content of the wood as well as count it towards FSC for this credit? Meaning, in LEED v4, there was an exclusion that allowed only NEW Wood for the credit and if you counted the recycled content towards that credit it was excluded from FSC.

Great question! It is my understanding that the only way in v4.1 products can 'double dip' within MRc Sourcing of Raw Materials is if they meet the criteria listed by the credit requirements AND are sourced within 100 miles of the project site. I don't believe products with FSC and recycled content can 'double dip'.
