After searching through the comments and the SCAQMD standard itself and not finding a similar request/answer, I would ask what standard would a bonding agent used to connect rebar to concrete would be classified as? The product in question is 40 g/l, and we're currently assuming Contact Adhesive at 80 g/l as the baseline. Thanks!

We typically classify epoxy bonding adheisves for rebar as Multipurpose Construction Adhesives @ 70g/L. I've always considered Contact adhesives to be those used for plastic laminates. In either case, your covered.

I meant to add that normally the application of adhesives used for reinforcing takes place before the weatherproof barrier is built and the credit might not apply. Of course if its being used as part of a renovation project inside the weatherproof barrier it would apply. It would apply in LEED for Healthcare for Exterior Applied Products.
