When finding the area of compliance for a single room under multiple view types, does the regularly occupied space that is entered for that space change?

For example, in my project, the private office is 50m2 but 42m2 complies under View Type 2 and 3 while the rest 8m2 complies with View Type 1 and 2. When I enter this as two line items in the Excel calculator, the regularly occupied space of the meeting room (50m2) is getting double-counted. How are such scenarios accounted for in the LEED calculator?
