Providing a clarification narrative?

As part of my review comments I have been asked to provide clarification narratives for several MEP related credits. Notably EAp3 has no required uploads, so I can't upload a narrative document. How can I provide these explanations to our reviewer? Give it to the project administrator (architect) to deal with?

Click the "special circumstances" box. This will create a dialogue box and a place for additional, supporting uploads.

It would be appropriate to check boxes that do not apply to a given credit in order to get a text box? I have many credits for which I need to provide narratives, and I would need to put my explanation in a different place in each credit. How have other credit submitters been providing written credit review responses?

Michael has it right for those credits that do not normally have uploads. You could prepare one document with responses to multiple credits, write "see uploaded file - filename.xxx" in the narrative box in the form and upload the same document in each applicable credit. For those credits that do have regular uploads just upload your narrative.
