The property line for a LEED NC Retail project I am working on extends to the center of the abutting roadway. If we use this as our LEED project boundary and therefore the lighting boundary for the purposes of the light trespass analysis, would we need to account for street lighting if present? The street lighting would not be part of the project scope, and would be installed and operated by the municipality.
