I'm starting to work on the certification of a building in a small town in Oaxaca,Mexico . The goverment of Mexico y working on this project , and consists of bedrooms for children so they can stay and attend classes. In this area many people live far from the village and the intention is that children who live outside on weekdays stay to sleep in the bedrooms and on weekends will return to their houses. The project has about 15 beds for children and 15 for girls , kitchen,Dinning are, bathrooms , and activity room.(The children dont attend classes there, they will go to the school near the bulding). I doubt if this project it should be considered as commercial or residential, I would think that should be residential .
