I am working on certification for an office building located within a larger campus boundary. We are able to achieve the 98th percentile through option 2. However,the retention pond for the rainwater management is within the campus but outside of the office project boundary. Does this qualify for the credit ? Or will the project boundary need to be extended to include the retention pond?
