Which plumbing equipment are applicable in this credit? Does this includes lavatories, kitchen sinks and showersheads? Thanks in advance.

Cristina,
I had the same question and found the following from (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billCompareClient.xhtml?bill_id...):
"[AB-1953 Lead plumbing.] SEC. 2. Section 116875 is added to the Health and Safety Code, to read:
(b) (1) No person shall introduce into commerce any pipe, pipe or plumbing fitting, or fixture intended to convey or dispense water for human consumption through drinking or cooking that is not lead free, as defined in subdivision (e). This includes kitchen faucets, bathroom faucets, and any other end-use devices intended to convey or dispense water for human consumption through drinking or cooking, but excludes service saddles, backflow preventers for nonpotable services such as irrigation and industrial, and water distribution main gate valves that are two inches in diameter and above."
So, I'm using "drinking or cooking" to screen which products apply and don't apply to "water for human consumption". One could use a lavatory faucet to come close to drinking (e.g. brushing teeth), but I would hope we don't have to worry about someone drinking from a shower head.
Hope this helps.
