We are having trouble finding EPAct-compliant fixtures. Is that a problem?

Where can I find a clear meaning of "public" and "private" as relevant to lavatory faucets?

Hi! I am working on a retail project that does not contain any of the following process equipment: Commercial cloth or dishwasher, Ice machine, food steamer or combined oven. We only have two small bake-off ovens without microwave function (therefore not combined). Do I have to include the bake-off ovens into the water calculations? Thanks.

I would think the water supplied to the bake-off ovens would be considered process water, therefore not calculated, but that's purely a guess.
