We have an office building and retail that is located in an area that provides a good public transport services during the week, but not on the weekends. We will propose to the client that a shuttle is provided to the clients and workers, at least 1 per hour frequency, during the weekends. How do we account for it. Can we just add to the accounting of the services?

For LEED NC v4 - Private shuttles cannot be used to comply with the requirement.
For LEED NC v4.1 - Privately-run shuttles are only acceptable if the service is also made available to the public. You can do v4.1 substitution for this v4 credits. For weekend trips, only trips on the day with the higher number of trips are counted towards the threshold. Note the shuttle has to be made available to public too.
