When modeling a project that has a baseline building requiring system #8, the system cooling tonnage is > 600 tons therefore G3.1.3.10. calls for a primary/secondary pumping loop served by two equally sized chillers.
The baseline was modeled with 22W/gpm pump power for the primary chiller pumps (1 pump per chiller, two chillers total) and secondary chilled water loop pump (1 pump).
A LEED reviewer has commented that the baseline should have been modeled with total primary/secondary loop pump power of 22W/gpm.
Please clarify if the baseline was modeled correctly considering the first line of G3.1.3.10 states "The baseline building design pump power shall be 22 W/gpm."

An ASHRAE interpretation IC 90.1-2007-14 has clarified this issue. The 22 W/gpm is for all the chilled water pumps combined, not for each one.
