I wanted to know if we can use the previous renovation work data for this credit. Does the renovation has to take place during the performance period?

If the renovation took place 1 year prior will that data work?

Hi Craig, you can extend the performance period for up to 24 months, as long as all performance periods end within the same 30-day window. However, if you include the renovation from 1 year ago, you have to include all other renovations going back during that entire year (ie - you can't selectively include or exclude renovation projects within your selected performance period). Also, don't forget that a project-specific waste management plan must be created for each renovation project that takes place during the performance period.
