Does a Project that is located inside a previously developed industrial park count as previously developed to comply with option 1 or do i have to go for option 2?

Hello,
Is there any news on this subject? I'm also working in an industrial park and I have the same question to ask. Could you solve it?
Thank you in advance.

I would argue that projects like these could simply use Option 1 for compliance. The purpose of this credit is to promote development on already human-altered land, as opposed to 'virgin' sites (those which are natural and/or aligned with the types of areas mentioned in Option 2 - farmlands, wetlands, etc.).
