The LEED 2009 v does not specify the level of efficiency for a small office / mixed use building. Only AEDG 2004 is shown specified. This is a 30% reduction , however, ASHRAE refers to 90.1-1999 The AEDG-2011 50% reduction refers to ASHRAE 90.1-2004 Which AEDG could be implemented for this project--20,000 sq ft office / mixed use building????
