Do Warehouses still need to meet the 5% of prefered parking spaces requirement for this credit?

The other posts speak about how Warehouses cannot achieve the credit through the passenger vehicle options, thus in turn it seems strange they would still be beholden to the prefered parking requirement. With that said, I realize that the original credit requirement language is to provide the prefered parking AND install alternative-fuel stations onsite, so the options simply replace that latter aspect.
