We have a credit that is pending after the design application. Because further documentation would entail quite a bit of work, the team wants to wait to see how the point total is looking after the design final review, and respond to and re-submit the pending design credit during the construction application review if needed. I am not sure this would work because you have to accept the design credits to move on to the construction review phase.
Thanks!

You should be able to do this. Each credit/prerequisite gets two rounds of review. You should be able to defer the second review until the Construction Preliminary phase.

Hi Sue, were you able to submit those design credits during the construction review? Is this still valid?

Hi Aparna, We have been given guidance from gbci that you can get the 2nd review for a design credit during the construction review. [If we want to get it earlier, say between final design review and initial construction review, we would need to pay $500 for the 2nd review.] We have not actually accepted the design review yet so as to the process, I cannot provide anymore details.

I wonder if the simple way to do this is to withdraw the pending credit, then resubmit in Construction?
