Does this space need to comply with the Controllability credits?
It seems dangerous to allow anyone in a hotel pool environment to control the lighting. Has anyone had experience with this?
Also, how about prefunction space outside a banquet hall? It is in my opinion that this is considered circulation/transitory space and would not need to be accounted for in IEQc6.1/6.2

Hi Mike,
It would be appropriate to exclude the banquet hall circulation space. For the pool area, multi occupant lighting controls should probably be provided for hotel staff to control the lighting in the pool area, but they do not need to be accessible to the hotel guests.
