Hi,
We have reduced water use in a project through dual flush fixtures, low flow urinals, low flow lavatories by more than 35%. Further, 100% of the water used for flushing, washing are reclaimed and treated and reused in a close loop system using the Submerged Air Fixed Film Reactor process.
I'm wondering if we can apply for both the Exemplary performance as well as Pilot credit or only one.

Dear Navisa, I assume that the examplary performance can be applied. Please let me know your experiences if already submitted.

Hi Navisa and Adrien,
in a similar case, I used treated gray water to meet 100% of the flushing water requirement.
The Project has been awarded the exemplary performance credit. I have attempted the pilot credit also which is still pending. But that is due to an issue of documentation. Review comments does not say anything about not being able to get both pilot credit and exemplary performance. So I think one should be able to obtain both credits
