We're trying to achieve an Innovation credit for our EBOM Project and considering submitting a Pilot credit 82:Local Food Production/WELL Crédit 51 Food Production as Innovation credit as there's an opportunity for pursuing it. What would be the steps to validate if this credit can be accepted by USGBC and get some guidance on how to attempt it the most efficient way? Also, if we already attempted EQ credits, can we submit WELL Light credits as Innovation and still get extra Points?

Hi Kay, there's a new Pilot Credit section of LEEDuser that you can navigate to using the credit selector. PC82 is here: https://leeduser.buildinggreen.com/credit/Pilot-Credits/SSpc82#tab-bev. There's overview information, the specific credit requirements by rating system, and a discussion forum. If you have questions after reviewing that info, you may want to contact LEED Coach to run your strategy by them for input.
For your second question, here's the list of WELL features that can be used for Innovation points on EBOM v4 projects: https://www.usgbc.org/node/11836218?return=/innovationcatalog/Existing-B.... I'm not sure why this subset of WELL features was selected, so again, emailing LEED Coach to confirm might be a good idea.
