Pilot Comprehensive Composting sspc 129

I am working on the the above Pilot credit using Option 1 Regular Compost Collection and Offste Processing.   The client has chosen to work with the company CompostNow as there is no composting option for the building.  A compost closet has been built for the project and CompostNow will provide the bins and pick up on a weekly basis. There is a long list of compostable items that CompostNow takes and they support local gardens.

I am working on a project pursuing Option 2- onsite compost processing due to their Biodigesters on site. The property is also pursuing TRUE waste certification in tandem.

We are currently implementing Option 1 in our project in Germany. Bio-waste collection has proven to be the most suitable and recognizable process for this initiative. Both the occupants and the city are actively engaged and encouraged to participate. Additionally, we have included instructions for the facility manager in our project documentation.

We are pursuing the pilot credit for Comprehensive Composting Option 2: On-Site Composting. Given the scale of the project, a composting program has been planned at the Master Plan level, where the administration manages a central collection station for recyclables. At this station, compostable organics are separated and transferred to the on-site composting station. There, compost piles have been designed using a method proven successful in Latin America, providing the opportunity to produce fertilizer for on-site use.

I am working on a project that has no restaurant or canteen indoors. But it is located on a site which is encompassed by the same company's industrial main site and other buildings. By Brazillian labour legislation every company should provide lunch or pay for it for its 8hour work employees. So this company has a main dining hall that serves food for every employee 5 day/week. The food leftovers are sent to a composting company. But since all employees use it, even those from the project I am working in, do you think I can use the central organic waste data for the pilot credit accomplishment? If it is not possible, the project discarded vegetation trimmings that goes to composting from time to time  do can qualify for the pilot credit? Thank you in advance.
