Hi,
Can we comply by using pervious concrete, knowing that the water will not be collected, will just be discharge to perimeter drain?
Also for roof collected rainwater, we need to size the tank to hold the water for how many days?

rainwater that is considered "compliant' must be managed onsite. meaning that if it ever leaves the site then it is no longer 'compliant'.
Permeable/Pervious paving is a compliant low-impact development strategy. But if the water that flows through pervious paving ends up in the perimeter drain and leaves the site, then it is no longer a compliant strategy.

Hi Omar,
No, it no longer complied if the water will eventually be discharged to perimeter, as the requirement is to manage runoff on-site for both option 1 and 2.
You have to size it according to how you can manage or use the rainwater on site.
