I was hoping to get some clarification about the question that was asked below. What is the performance period for this credit? I understand performance periods may vary, but there is nothing on this form to document this performance period's length. This LEEDs me to believe there might be a standard. Can you clarify?

The performance period required for this prerequisite can be anywhere from the minimum three months to 24 months. This is the same requirement as stated in the "Getting Started" section where they discuss performance period. So the meter readings must encompass the minimum three months.
This is not to be confused with the requirement to provide water usage data for a five-year period after the project is certified. This is simply a commitment to share the data with USGBC on an ongoing basis following the certification. There is no requirement to provide five years of water usage data as documentation during your initial certification.
