In order to meet the Path 1 requirement for the Indoor Air Quality Assessment, does Ozone sampling need to be performed regardless if the facility is in an EPA Non-attainment zone or not?

The way we understand it and many of our clients do is, it depends on what criteria you are following.
Under LEED V4 - if your building is located in a non-attainment area then yes you have to do ozone and PM2.5. If it is NOT in an non-attainment area then you do not need to do ozone and PM2.5.
Under LEED V4.1 - it doesn't mater if your in a non-attainment area or not you still need to do ozone and PM2.5. Also, be aware that the detection limits dropped for this criteria.
