Shenhao, It depends on what simulation program you are using. Some have an option to print these out. What you need to provide is the simulation results. So when you run your simulation, an image of the results would be sufficient. Ensure the image is set to a resolution in which the illuminance levels can be read. If you have multiple sims, then ensure each is labeled so that the reviewer knows which ones are which. Also include a narrative explaining the sim program used, the times, date, weather files, and other input parameters such as reflectances. I create my own spreadsheet. So for each regualrly occupied space, i have a column listed as model. I list the image uploaded which shows the results for that space at the designated time.
