Hi , I am working on a lab space with 100% OA , for these spaces Cooling load is driving airflow, now the OA that we calculated for Proposed case is not sufficient to maintain the setpoint in the spaces for baseline model, which means that OA in Baseline should be higher than OA in Proposed model what should I do in this case, because if I try to maintain the same OA in both proposed and baseline model I get more than 300 UMLHs.Can I use more OA in baseline since there is no return path in baseline?
TIA

Yes, but you must cite this interpretation. https://www.usgbc.org/leedaddenda/10453

I would recommend applying 90.1-2010 Addendum cn, which would allow the Baseline OA to vary from the Proposed OA for lab spaces requiring 100% OA.
