Has anyone been able to tackle the third option for this credit, which is not shown in the BPDO calculator?

I look at the template on LEED Online for this credit, and it says for this option "Check USGBC's website for updates on how to complete this option."  This is by far the most cryptic option for any credit, but I'm reviewing a submittal for a product that is consistent with RC 14001 and that does meet the basic requirement for this option according to the handbook.

Please, i appreciate any help with this option.
