My project site has a mixed-use zoning designation by the County in which it resides. It is clearly stated in a 2000 planning document that the designation of these tracts of land was to concentrate development here to protect other areas of the county from sprawl. Here we are nearly 20 years later as our project is being constructed on one of the last remaining lots in the commercial area of this development. This is not a Federal designation. Can it qualify for this credit?
